Up Pole road down the Valley up QJD with Roo ( before volunteering for the minigaine. ) Im persisting with my bit too small shoes due to necessity and my big toenails are very sore and not long for this world I expect.

Lunch time swim. Better flow. Girl in the lane next door was similar pace so that helped me work a bit harder.

Bowling green loop with Simon and Jenny for first bit then just with Roo. Glorious morning. Such a gentle spring this year with the extra rain everything is still looking lush.
