I hired an ebike today from escapegoat to see what it was like ( rated intensity above as a 2). It was lots of fun I mostly rode on medium or light assist especially as I noted the battery was dropping fast. The battery did in fact run out going up Pole road as I was on my way back to drop the bike off, so luckily most of the way back was downhill!

Route was gully road to upper Sturt shop entrance, back down then up Queen jubilee drive, Stirling, Gully road, Greenhill toad, summit road, to Mt Lofty, Crafers, Heathfield, towards Scott creek, Bradbury, Heathfield, Evans drive, Ironbank road, Pole road and back. I have a sore butt and legs now.

Sprint series no. 3 Belair. Lots of fun. Happy with routes mostly although didn’t see the right hand side route to 5, and veered off toward wrong patch of trees on way to 9. I enjoyed having Leith there.

Gentle jog after Pilates with Callum and Roo (who wanted to go faster.)

Short run in Belair to clear the cobwebs after a long day at work.

Bridgewater run to Mylor via Mylor conservation park and back via Wilson road. Lovely to be running in Misty rain in February!
