Walked/limped around my course slowly with my very sore ankle.

Injured - my ankle has blown up and is painful and I can barely make it to the clothesline! Good for finishing my assignment.

Redwoods run with Jenny which was very pleasant apart from rolling my ankle and falling hard. Now I have a fat ankle! ( it’s giving me an excuse to sit on the sofa with my ankle up instead of studying at least, but I hope it’s ok for the weekends orienteering!)

The pool was booked out today ( maybe lap swimmers are getting their laps in before the Olympic trials take over) so instead I did a short run after work in the twilight. Legs tired from Tuesday training.

Queen’s jubilee drive loop with Roo. Slower than I used to be on this, I guess that’s to be expected. V Enjoyable. Then settled to a sedentary day studying.
