Walk / run with Roo about 7 km. Didn’t wear my watch.
Helped with bucket cooking for next weekends rogaine.

Western Belair loop plus up the gully to Joseph Fisher. Rushing because it was my turn to host book club.

Ebike commute. I am definitely missing the daylight riding home!

The time includes warm up and down. Harriers training on the 400 m track.
10 x 300, walk 100, sprint 100, and repeat.
It was motivating to run with a group. My ankle was a bit sore after. The traffic getting into the city is awful.

Sunday May 12 #

Greenhill road loop dog assisted. Followed by Mother’s Day hot chocolate with Leith and Remi at the organic market. Later I had a nice Mother’s Day walk with Bryn. It’s hard seeing the bush so dry. And confronting seeing great swathes burnt down by ‘controlled burn offs ‘ (= destroying good bush, blackening the ground and replacing with weeds.)
