Saturday May 25 #

rogaine 8:25:00 [3] 42.0 km (12:01 / km)

Parnaroo 15 hour with Steve. First part of Rogaine in perfect weather conditions - sunny but not too warm.

Thursday May 23 #

run 52:00 [3] 8.6 km (6:03 / km)

Redwoods run. Quite cold, I wore my gloves. The weather has become quite cold and I’m loving having my winter quilt back on my bed.

Wednesday May 22 #

run 42:23 [3] 7.32 km (5:47 / km)

Pole rd, a little way into Belair and hilltop drive with Roo.

Tuesday May 21 #

swim 30:41 [3] 1.5 km (20:27 / km)

Lunch swim 25 m pool.

Pilates 50:00 [1]

Monday May 20 #

run 1:01:00 [3] 11.0 km (5:33 / km)

Night loop in Belair partly with Bryn. He had both dogs for the uphill to the top of Saddle hill road, I took Roo for the downhill, down queens jubilee drive.

Sunday May 19 #

orienteering 40:00 [3] 4.64 km (8:37 / km)

Course 1 Seymour college. An interesting new map on the lovely school grounds. 40 controls. I was a bit disappointed in how long I took, I think unnecessarily over complicating , and thinking there were more barriers than there were. I definitely need more practice reading multilevel and interpreting on the run.
