Fortnightly day off today, thank goodness!
Slept in ( bliss) then ran from home with Roo. Felt quite good for being post Rogaine. Achilles ok.

After work pilates. My abdominals seem to be on holidays.
Felt tired and flat today, I guess a Rogaine will have that effect, even with 6 hours sleep.
