orienteering 15:24 [3]

Course 4, sprint OY at Woodhouse. This course should’ve suited me, hilly, not technical. My time was ok, I was quite fluent. There was just the little problem of running from 14 to 16! I don’t think I’ve ever done that before and previously I’ve been surprised when others have done this, well it was my turn today. Just a momentary lapse looking too far ahead! (not ususally my problem.)

Ran home from Woodhouse. My legs seemed to have what I call deep tiredness still from the Rogaine, and so I found myself walking bits. Lovely to be outside.
