Physical: Felt great all day. Legs were comfortable and felt good on and between climbs. Was pushing at upper Z2 between climbs and had plenty to finish strong.
Mental: Nice to not have to think about hitting Z5 on the climbs today. Z4 is so much more enjoyable. Great motivation to start and had fun on the ride before Christine dumped it on the road!
