Physical: Everything felt great. Loved the Z3 time. Might have gone a little harder than planned as I couldn't quite remember what HR numbers were Z3. Was targeting between 146 and 155, but I think 152 may be more appropriate as the edge of Z3. We also specifically tried to maintain pace for Z2 a little better on this ride with good success. Spent significantly less time in Z1. I assume that is a good thing.
Mental: Great motivation and really enjoyed the ride.
QUESTION: if the slightly higher intensity is still "about" the right RPE, should the HR number be adhered to more strictly?
