Physical: Legs weren't great. I overcooked it on the Z1 ride last night I think. I hereby promise to work harder at rest/recovery! Still was able to do the workout without problems, went hard, felt good even if legs were a little flat.
Mental: Starting late was a bummer but got into the ride after getting warmed up. Beautiful evening to ride.
