Physical: Felt really good tonight. Strong first set and held that high intensity through the last interval. Was able to finish the last 30 seconds completely all out better than I have in the past. Felt great and went strong the last 30 minutes after the AOI's.
Mental: late work evening tempted me to sit on the couch and read this evening, but I didn't and very glad I didn't.
