Physcial: Felt strong and was able to finish very strong.
Mental: It's getting a little harder to get as excited to jump on the rollers, but once I get going, everything is much better. Work, house, wedding ... all are taking a toll on the focus, and that's not going to be a quick squall. No intention to change the plan or slow down on the workouts.
