Physical: Legs felts great. Was not feeling tapped, so I did 10sec RBI for the last set. All intervals 110rpm min. Rollers are a challenge when you can't see straight.
Mental: Really late start to the workout due to a looong day at work. Just got started and hoped for the best and was able to get into the workout before too long. Was happy to finish strong.

Physcial: Felt strong and was able to finish very strong.
Mental: It's getting a little harder to get as excited to jump on the rollers, but once I get going, everything is much better. Work, house, wedding ... all are taking a toll on the focus, and that's not going to be a quick squall. No intention to change the plan or slow down on the workouts.

Was supposed to do Z2 for 60 min with FP. SO much going on at work, and other stuff - add the weather complications into the mix. Never had time to ride until it was too late to make that much noise with neighbors. I can really use the rest right now though as CES was exhausting. Legs feel eager to work - bouncy. They'll have to wait!

Travel back to Seattle later today. Golf this afternoon - with cart. A little too much vegas last night, but I didn't go crazy. Feeling it today though. I have completely forgotten how nasty it is to be around second hand smoke. I really do not like Casino Vegas.

Physical: Not as much walking today but still a fair bit. I felt great during this workout. Legs felt strong and happy to end with very strong finish - went a little harder than Z2 as I know I'm not going to be able to ride this weekend.
Mental: I really enjoyed the TAB workout even though it's a tough one. I was able to push very hard each on cycle and liked the short breaks between intervals. Funny how much longer 20 seconds can be than 10 seconds!! I will be interested to see how the TAB feels when riding in a cooler place and not on the stationary bike.

Plan: HIT Rollers | 3x12 AB, 2B/1A, 5m RBI | 60-90 min
Physical: Stationary bike at hotel gym isn't ideal, but it gets the job done. Felt strong and happy during workout. A lot of walking again at the show. VERY hot in the gym without a fan. Can really feel the difference - feels like I'm generating less power.
Mental: Very motivated to ride as a counterbalance to the insanity of Vegas.

Note that I talked to the guys at the Garmin booth today and asked about the Vector power pedals. They really are in some trouble as they haven't been able to get these into production properly and the release date is still sliding. Newest estimate is March. I really want to start using power numbers, and I was focusing on the Vector pedals, but I'm not sure it would be wise to buy the first generation after they've had this much trouble gettng them released. I know too much about the engineering intersection with business on products like this. I'll predict those pedals are going to have some serious problems for the first couple of years.

Physical: Felt great.
Mental: Glad for the chance to work before getting on the plane.

Physical: Felt really good tonight. Strong first set and held that high intensity through the last interval. Was able to finish the last 30 seconds completely all out better than I have in the past. Felt great and went strong the last 30 minutes after the AOI's.
Mental: late work evening tempted me to sit on the couch and read this evening, but I didn't and very glad I didn't.

Physical: Legs and everything felt great. Finished strong and actually had to back off in Z2 as I was rolling along and well past Z2 without even noticing.
Mental: me on the rollers, christine next to me on the trainer, couches and coffee table pushed to one wall and we barely fit but can both watch the hockey game until I ride off the rollers and use her for support ... almost bringing the whole mess down on top of us. Fun stuff.
