Physical: Legs felt great at the start and did well, perky, throughout workout. Very funny experience ... second set, first and second intervals had rocking music via pandora. I was really grooving and pushing very hard (maintaining 100+ rpm at max gearing on the rollers). I was resting between intervals and rolling into the third set listening to "enter sandman - Metallica" ... really grooving. Pandora then serves up the most awful song to motivate one while riding ... "Foghat - Slow Ride ... Take it easy!" Seriously?!?! The beat is just behind the pulse resulting in an absolute soul sucking song on the trainer. I was laughing out loud and ripping the ear buds out. Finished that set acapella!
Mental: Super motivated to ride tonight and very jazzed after the ride. I had a blast tonight - good, hard work that made me feel great. Music is powerful and emotion is everything.
