Physical: Stationary bike at hotel gym isn't ideal, but it gets the job done. Felt strong and happy during workout. A lot of walking again at the show. VERY hot in the gym without a fan. Can really feel the difference - feels like I'm generating less power.
Mental: Very motivated to ride as a counterbalance to the insanity of Vegas.
Note that I talked to the guys at the Garmin booth today and asked about the Vector power pedals. They really are in some trouble as they haven't been able to get these into production properly and the release date is still sliding. Newest estimate is March. I really want to start using power numbers, and I was focusing on the Vector pedals, but I'm not sure it would be wise to buy the first generation after they've had this much trouble gettng them released. I know too much about the engineering intersection with business on products like this. I'll predict those pedals are going to have some serious problems for the first couple of years.
