Mercer Island CCW
Physical: Legs felt great considering the past two days. Kicked up intensity for some sections, but overall, just enjoyed myself and rode hard when I felt it ... easy when I felt that.
Mental: super excited to be out riding. Fun to explore some backroads on MI to get to know our new neighborhood a bit.

Vashon outside ride - as hard as we wanted!!
Physical: Absolutely great day on the bike. Legs and body felt excellent. Rode hard. Rode hard against Manny on a couple of hills and had absolutely no problems pulling away without working too hard. Very pleased with condition after hit.
Mental: Psyched to get outside on such a sunny day ... in February!

Physical: Legs felt fine.
Mental: brain just didn't kick in tonight. Possibly the worst ride of the HIT cycle. I did manage to finish the workout, but not with must gusto. Did 3rd set at 10sec intervals. Sometimes going extra hard gets me engaged. Didn't happen. Stopped after intervals were completed.

HIT Rollers | 4 Sets TAB, 8x20, 20 RBI , 2 RBS | 75-90 min
Physical: Legs felts great. Was not feeling tapped, so I did 10sec RBI for the last set. All intervals 110rpm min. Rollers are a challenge when you can't see straight.
Mental: Really late start to the workout due to a looong day at work. Just got started and hoped for the best and was able to get into the workout before too long. Was happy to finish strong.
