Work still ruling. Just rode and didn't really worry about a plan. Good to get on the bike and make it an hour today. Still all mental - just no energy to push. Need more sleep too. Did a couple of intervals up to Z4/Z5 for a total of about 8 minutes over course of hour. Some sustained Z3 as well (15 mins). Legs are fine.
