15 min -> 3 x (skip+rolling+double impulse+jumping) + strenght exercises

Orienteering race 1:14:15 [3] 7.2 km (5.8 kph)

I've never finished a race so tired and without energies. And that's why I can consider myself satisfied even if I'm terribly slow, I did the wrong choise to the second flag and I run from the second to the forth point instead of to the third (a moment of dark and loose of concentration).
Anyway a 7.2 Km city race is something I couldn't stand just one year ago and that motivates me for the next trainings.
