Big hill climbing in the Hockley valley. Focused on steady uphill pacing to trim down the "front pack". Mega hot, should have left an hour earlier. Kept sleepy Apex's ass in mind as a motivator.
Checked with the wife, our late night "Kung Fu" sessions are not to be noted as exercise or training.......So if I note that I did "Kung Fu" with my wife three times this weekend, I would get in trouble....

WOW did the bench core workout. paddle strokes with a weighted bar, rotations with weight, reverse planking. I now have awesome abs!
