25mph wind/40 degrees/rain... yuck... 10:00 warmup, 5:50/mile, 2:45/800, 6:00/mile, 3:15/800m, 5:56/mile, 2:39/800m, 5:54/mile, 2:42/800, 11:00 cooldown... so, this was a weird morning, first my stomach was messed up and the weather was out of control terrible... so i thought i would try the treadmill to get out of the wind/rain/cold/slop... but only did the first mile and 800 on the tredmill to get a feel for the pace and realized the tredmill was going to make me insane and I would rather run through a wet, blizzard than run on the tredmill... so i knew a mile loop around juniper, the path was a combo of puddles and ice and with the wind and hills not exceptionally fast, but my time weren't that bad for the conditions, tried what i thought was 800... but took me 3:15 so had to readjust my route... and it took about 2:40... so that was about the right effort... so I had that loop figured out for the last two 800s... mapped it out after and it measured .44 miles...not an ideal workout, but it got the effort done. Sorry about that.
