5 min warmup, a little over nine miles at 6:00/mile, 20 min cool down, 4 x strides, route was rolling hills and a bit windy, and effort felt about right, controlled and comfortably hard
15 warm up, 6 x 1200m (4:02, :03, :02, :04, :02, :01) = 5:25/mile, some wind on the track, felt controlled and fast, 10 min cool down, 10 min shake out in the pool
10 min warm up, 8 x 1200m @ 4:09 :07 :07 :06 :06 :07 :07 :05 (5:30/mile) right calf was a little tight and was feeling fairly fatigued/sluggish but started feeling better after the first few, pretty controlled workout despite not feeling super sharp
10 min warm up, 5 x 2k @ 6: 52 56 59 56 58 ( ave 5:35/mile), 2 x 1200m @ 4:10, 4:10 w/ 2 min recovery (ave 5:35/mile) w/ 3 min recovery, 20 min cool down... felt awesome! strong and fast... almost a little guilty for not doing another 2k or two
