was feeling excited for the workout and looking forward to it today and didn't feel overly shitty once I got going, no pain at all beyond a little bit of tightness on the first few... once it warmed up, it was all golden. The hip/hammy has felt WAY better the last three days... Did the first 5 x 1200 in trainers and then switched to flats just for fun on the last 5 :)
