Ran 30:00, elliptical 20:00, knee became painful around 25 minutes in and so I stopped running and got on the elliptical, knee pain immediately stopped on elliptical
10:00 wu, 2:30, 5:00, 7:30, 10:00, 7:30, 5:00, 2:30 w/ :90 recovery, 10:00 cd on elliptical... hard effort, started fading a little on last 5:00 and 2:30.. no knee pain though
after 10:00 pieces in the pool: 10:00 warmup, 5 x 2:00 on, 1:00 off @ 6:00 for first 4, 5:40 for last one, 10:00 cooldown... some pain in knee towards end, but feeling much better
Ran 15, then jumped on olyptical for 30 minutes, then back to the treadmill... knee becomes very sore after about 5:00 running, tried different ramp elevations, speeds and nothing helps... becomes more sore and starts having shotting pain... can run without changing form... but this is not a viable way to train. Have commited to cross training the rest of the week. Have an appointment with PT Thursday @1:00p.
10:00 wu, 2 x (10:00 on, 7:30 on, w/ 2:30 recovery), 3 x 1:00 on, 1:00 off, 10:00 cd... this still hurt my knee a little but, but it was worst in the middle of the workout and actually lessed some at the end

Snowy roads, knee a little sore by end of run.. probably from slipping at start of run. Wasn't warmed up yet and was able to catch myself but landed funny.
Ran with Scott around motel in Folsom. He kept me in check, kept it relaxed and conservative. Folsom HS is huge. Very relaxed. Felt good to shake out. Did 4 strides to kick out the 8 hour car ride.
