Foot started to hurt a little half way through, really aggravated after run.... couldn't walk on it that evening, felt better in the morning and from then out continued to improve when I stuck to the pool monday, felt good tuesday, so decided to try the workout and it felt fine then also... wierd 24 hour issue... never had that before.... bruise? pinched nerve?
mile warm-up... 4.5 mile tempo on treadmill to run hard where it is light out so I won't trip up and fall... mile 1: 6:07, mile 2: 6:00, mile 3: 5:57, mile 4: 5:53, last half mile: 5:48... 3 minutes off while changing for pool workout
