Altstetten - Üetliberg - Altstetten. There was up to 20 cms snow again :o(.

Wednesday Apr 5

LCU-Training. With Dan. It's nice to be back! Did not have to push really hard. Nevertheless felt that the speed is coming back.

Tuesday Apr 4

Running 1:03:48 [3] 14.2 km (4:30 / km) +480m 3:51 / km
Altstetten - Uetliberg - Altstetten. Speedy but without pushing hard on the uphill-part. Used 36:20 which is the new reference-time for the moment. Used 27:27 on the downhill-part. It's time to set a time under 35 mins on the uphill-part and under 1 hour for the overall loop ;-).

Sunday Apr 2

Running 1:25:35 [3] 17.5 km (4:53 / km) +400m 4:23 / km
shoes: Adidas Supernova Cushion
Hönggerberg - Gubrist - Altberg. Usual middle-distance loop. First part together with Barbara. Sped up on the Altberg loop a did this part in 41 mins which is about the same time as I did before the concussion. I hope it's definitively back to normality...!
