approximately 45 minutes of walking and running, with about 28-30 minutes of running. Vibram five fingers on pavement around town. Not too sore next day, but hot spot from long hike flaring up...may be a blister today. Need to toughen up feet.

cimb to the top of wisp along with second climb halfway (wrong turn). Exhuasting and difficult climb. Need to train more, legs and heart rate spent
