Run down to the track with Ali where He Josh and Connor did some intervals. Tried to do with them but was to fast and felt the calf bugging out on me. Decided to do some jogging and stretching instead.

Ran two laps in the outside lane ~920m then did a bit of stretching. Did hammys, calfs and quads.

Hardish run after dinner around the hills. Had just watched an episode of Hannibal and it was quite dark so I ran quite quickly. Felt good to run a bit harder and only feel the calf a little bit.
