Really nice run, was pretty tired from yesterday and only 30 mins sleep but navigated really well and only made one mistake when i was running down the wrong track.

Annoying run, was going alright for naseby but got a bleeding nose at 5. Walked for a bit then started running again, not too long after got another nose bleed.

Run up the big eazy and down the mountain bike tracks. In new Inov-8's only run around 10 kms in them so far so trying to break them in for the weekend. Pretty nice but a little sore in the calfs on the way back along the road.
