Run around normal loop in new shoes, a few sore points might have to take them back if they continue on the next run. Hurts around the outside of the foot. Legs felt fine from yesterdays run though so at least theres that.

Long run from home up signal hill then up to ross creek and back. Was struggling on the climb up to ross creek but took off top and got some water in the cap and felt pretty good after that. Legs a little sore at the end but overall not too bad.

Run from work up big EZ to plateau then down the 4wd track. Stopped at uni to grab gear then ran home. Running with bag was a little weird but not too bad. Still could feel legs from sat but was running cruizy so wasnt too bad

Running tempo 32:42 [4] 6.47 km (5:03 / km) +163m 4:29 / km
weight:91kg shoes: New Balance

From home after work. Legs a little sore still from saturday but chaffing wasnt an issue. Started off steady and felt quite strong on the uphills. Kept up the tempo after I reached Johnnys since I was feeling pretty good and had a nice sweat going. Really nice and sunny so probably a little motivated by that.
