Long run with Ali out at silverpeaks. Went out 8km then turned around when looking at the map and how far the round loop would take. Thank god because Ali went on the long way and had to turn around an extra 4km later.

Im not kidding but my calfs are alternating between runs. One day its the left the next its the right. Today the left was feeling weak the entire run but didn't really flair up at any point.

Run up creek to three mile road. Last little bit fenced off so had to do some climbing. Outside Right calf got really sore coming down hill and I couldn't lift my toes when I stopped to stretch. might miss tomorrow depending on how I'm feeling
