3rd summer series around town belt south. Made a few small errors here and there but overall wasn't too bad

Run up to the plateau and back after dropping Keiran and Josh off. Stomach was a little sore, not sure if I drank too much water or if it was from core last night.

Did 1 hour of stretching and strength work (stabilizers and balance stuff) followed by 30 minutes core. Got on the rollers as well which felt nice to do again (still very painful)

Run after getting some IRD paper work and some frustrating phone calls. Went very hard up some hills and killed my legs and lungs. Recovered then rinsed and repeat
