Night shift run during break. Was feeling a bit groggy after previous shift so took it fairly easy. Did one mile split in 5:45 to keep some speed in my legs before the Ben race.

From Bennachie visitor centre up track to braeside then followed race route up Mither Tap, repeated the steep climb again then up Millstone hill. Got a bit lost in the forest coming back down and ended up on the road. Got a bit fed up with forestry tracks and ran out of energy. Enjoyed the first part though.
