Hazy warm day. Not bright and clear but soft and warm and breezy - like a gauzy summer dress luffing softly. Everything was soft. Soft light, soft wind, soft sweet scents, soft sounds. Goose and I rode up to the trail trail and west to Cal. East where I left him to head back to the garden and he rode on to Inglewood. The colours were gorgeous today too. The trees have turned quickly and brightly. The red maples are popping beautifully, the sumacs are bright pink and the fall asters are furry and full on purple. Beauty day!
