circuit (classes) 25:00 [3]

core strength.flexibiity (birthday test) 30:00 [3]

Wasn't quite my birthday but I needed witnesses so I did my 57 push ups at school, managed to get into the splits, did 10 pull ups and planked for 5 min. 70 secs. My ankle is still pretty stiff but I did a short jog into Bolton Camp which was lovely - my longest one since Thanksgiving, 2.5 km. So it's getting better.
Nice day:)

mtbike (road/trail) 1:45:00 [4] 32.0 km (3:17 / km)

Grey drizzly mild morning but it cooled down quite a bit with a notable north wind this afternoon . It was a bit slow riding up Duffy's to Albion but really nice on the trails. I thought they'd be muddy and slick but they were actually pretty dry. The fallen leaves were slippery but otherwise it was great. I love trail riding. Basically did the red ski trail with some single track loops then home. Good ride.

hiking 2:00:00 [3]

While Tman was at a program in Woodbridge I found a trail/road allowance at the end of Kipling near the 407. It wasn't exactly quiet with the vehicles whizzing along the highway but there was a good trail and some conservation lands I'd never heard of, never mind been on. Lots of flood plain along the Humber and a big ridge above the 407. Saw a few dog walkers near the road but only one other person back on the trails - the slowest, most polite dirt biker I've ever encountered. He made hardly any noise?! And Apologized every time we crossed paths.
What a weirdly warm day.
