Felt better yesterday. Chest is tight and head is stuffy.

circuit with 1 class, but went easy so as not to cough up my lungs. Man do my ribs hurt. Bu overall feeling much better today.

Clear but very chilly morning. Dragged my class out to the track for a few laps jogging, then some short sprints for them (but not me as my chest is pretty clogged).

Very short run with gr.9 girls on the paved ravine. It was so nice out.

Feeling pretty crappy, think I caught Bent's cold maybe? But it was too pretty a day to not get out at lunch time. Rode into the win dup Mt. Hope and then flew back. That was fun.
