Can't do much with my legs and 2 days spent at track finals watching kids run, jump and through has made me restless. So I had to do something tonight and as a last resort headed to the pool. It was predictably quiet - Fri. night of a long weekend, so at least I wasn't battling for a spot in a lane. I actually felt pretty good and it didn't hurt my knee which was nice.
