Easy spin with sore knees - on my mt. bike on the very wet roads in the valley. It was too foggy to be out on the main roads so I did neighbourhood loops in the drizzle just to get outside for a while.
SO nice to have sun today after the past few days of dreary grey. Did a short but sweet shuffle on the Bruce near Inglewood.

The Ingleview Crescent just off Hwy 10 was recently paved and is exactly 1km , with one decent hill. So I did it 12 times 1 km - warm up 4 x 1 km double pole, 1 km legs only 3 x 2skate/1skate (and now my thumbs, and knee hurt )
Very nice fall hike in the Dingle with Mrs. BGY, Miss BGY, Reidster and Goose on a grey but windless day. It felt rather mild really. We were all overdressed. We had a lovely lunch afterward at Four Corners- Caledon East.

Not enough snow to ski, although we did see a set of tracks - probably from Fri. so we hiked the Hockley Crest section of the Bruce and then crossed Airport Rd. and hiked some gorgeous ravines toward the 5th line. It was all still white - but it was like a sprinkling of sugar.
