Too sore for much today. Did a 10k Kermit the Frog toodle on my bike after the (disappointing ) snow stopped.

Tried to do a smooth swim not too intense after the beating I took at the hands , knuckles and elbows of Anna.

Chilly morning. Drove through several snow squalls but they left just a thin layer. Nice hike along Medway Creek in London after trying to swim at the aquatics centre but arriving to find out the high school champs were on there all day:(

Cold and windy but clear and sunny this morning. Mrs. Huet and I did a chatty ski on all the Cedar Mills streets. My back/hip is still bothersome but at low intensity I was ok.

After a very rainy early morning it ended and Mrs. BGY and I had yet another lovely hike in a different place. The trails in Albion were surprisingly un-muddy and we were sheltered from the gusty winds. Got in some good hills in the northeast hardwood section.

Unwintery day after a very foggy morning. Nice and sunny this afternoon, not a breath of wind. The little ponds in Cedar Mills were like black glass. Skied EFI of the subdivision roads from hwy.50 to Mt. Pleasant on the north and south side of Old Church and felt like I was working at a good pace, moving well. Until I checked the total distance. I'm snail slow. Maybe I shouldn't have signed up for the Minneapolis Masters races. They're so soon!
