Brutal nights sleep or lack thereof. Could not find a comfortable position for the ribs. They just screamed all night. Physio today helped. The most comfortable place is on the bike so I biked easy on a beautiful day.

Along the river, up Humberlea, down the stairs after a really bad night's sleep. Could not find a position that didn't make the ribs scream:(

Up Duffy's Lane to Castlederg, to Old Church and back down Duffy's. Efficient 20 km. Being on a bike is about as comfortable as I can get.

Tried riding the mt.bike so I had shocks which made it a bit easier on the ribs. Rode out to Mt. Wolfe to take Kato for a walk and didn't feel too badly at all.

Kato was overjoyed to go for a long hike in the back around the ponds and through the maple bush.

Easy bike up town, and around the subdivision before high jump practice. PRetty comfortable on the bike.

Feeling the need to move. Sleeping sucks but walking is ok and seems to loosen things up . Hiked up to the "T" and back along the river and the ribs felt much better afterward.
