Cool again this morning but not windy. Left a bit earlier, up Duffy's to Castlederg over to Mt.Pleasant, down to Columbia Way, loop through the subdivision before school.

Lunch time ride, beautiful weather! Rode up Mt. Hope to Old Church up the big winding hill to Mt. Wolfe, down to Castlederg and across to Mt. Hope then home.

Took some eager kids for a jog in Bolton Camp. They loved it:) and couldn't believe they'd never been on the trail.

canoeing (Ken WHillans) 30:00 [3]

Goose and I picked up Tman and took him for a paddle in the Ken Whillans lake on hwy.10 I'd never paddled there and it was really quite nice. Small but nice.

Very flat, windless, grey morning. Still cool, Rode the big block to school.

Still windless after school and warmer. Went up Mt. Hope to Old Church, up the winding hill to Mt. Wolfe, down to the rail trail to Palgrave and on to Centreville Creek, back to Old Church and across to Mt. Hope and home.

Thought I started supply teaching at 8 at Mayfield but they didn't need me till later so I went for a good swim.

Bit too wet to hike on the trail with the ladies so we walked the Sunkist Valley to Nunnville Rd. and back.

Such a nice spring day! Had a good ride (without panier) on my lunch period up Mt. Hope to Hunsden, across to Mt. Wolfe and then back to Mt. Hope on the rail trail. Still a significant wind from the northeast but not cold.

Ran the lower trails at Highlands setting out my orienteering (scavenger hunt) controls/clues for Ladies' Day. Beautiful morning, bright sunshine, trilliums but also some black flies. The ladies had fun.

yoga (Highlands) 45:00 [3]

Good yoga session led by Jill Wortley at Ladies' Day. Came away feeling "aligned" :)

After ladies day Connie O, Goose and I went for a hilly ride from Highlands over to Glen Huron, up, up, up then down into Creemore back along the 6th to 26/91. Goose turned off before the climb back to Highlands as his legs were baked from riding 80 hilly kms this morning.

Nice day by noon, but quite breezy. Lunch hour ride up to Castlederg over to MT. Hope and back

Rode up Mt.Hope almost to Palgrave before getting a phone call to pick up the car at the shop. At the other end of town. Riding the Townline to Toyota is not a nice stretch.
