Running race (Kendal winter league ) 21:11 [4] 4.72 km (4:29 / km) +171m 3:48 / km

Start was weird as I was leading on the hill with will but didn't take long for me to be overtaken, especially on the downhills, but I only got overtaken once on the uphills so I'm happy.
Came 14 out of 91

Cycling warm up/down (To wills and back) 33:00 [3] 10.0 km (3:18 / km)

Don't know about climb but 5k either way, didn't tire me out much so no excuse for not coming higher in the race ;) just a bit of extra training

Running warm up/down 25:00 [2] 4.2 km (5:57 / km) +120m 5:13 / km

Run to start and back to wills after race with will, good race

Orienteering 1:13:00 [3] 10.0 km (7:18 / km) +410m 6:03 / km

All exercises in pairs do I went with will, did 4 orienteering visualisation exercises, then inbetween me and will did our own running loops/ hill reps/ loops, to get extra training in, finished way ahead of everyone and re ran the downhill race twice to see will went to the wrong. Control ;-) fitter than last week and only 1 20 second error in navigation

Good to get back again, havent played for a club for four years, could definately tell that once i started playing with good people- unlike the school hockey, played with the adults so was harder, some really good people. as i was new i was slightly shy so didnt get the ball a lot, need a hair cut- was in the way all the time! going to do alternate weeks with ts and hockey

First of all a team game with features and pictures which wasnt too bad, then a team running game outside, did about 6 loops of .4/.5k Including control collecting, achey right knee joint
