Orienteering race 22:53 [4] *** 4.2 km (5:27 / km) +105m 4:51 / km

started slowly as hip was hurting, soon forgot about it due to adrenaline, leading at 5 when i made an error on 6 looking on the wrong side of the hill, overtaken by 3 her, and in 4th, 30s, then didnt have enough pace to keep up as i was tired, lost more ground on the lead guys at the control after spectator, running between two reentrants twice (15s) iffy RC to the one after this could have lost me 10s, good run to finish off the weekend, could have been in contention for first though, thinking a sub 22 could happen, happy with 4th considering i was struggling to walk sunday night.

Orienteering long 1:48:15 [2] **** 14.0 km (7:44 / km) +300m 6:59 / km

know i ran alot more than 14k due to running at least 2k extra to number 1, horrendous 12 minute mistake, outlining minimal orienteering practise done over the last 8 months since scottish, really expected more out of this individual, making mistakes on 1,4,5,6,10,12,13,20, and the fact in injured my hip on the way to 9, having to walk/ jog from 11 onwards, such an embarrassing result knowing i can do so much better than this. an average run would of got me 85 i think
