Sociable recovery (ish) In the best group with the top guys , about 15 to start but then a few only did the 5 mike loop, they all smashed the gradual hill so it made it harder work, couple of the guys do low 14 for 5k and apparently 7th best in uk for the year above me, handy. Think 4 first years were in it and one slowed and the other two were about my level

Steady run with tempo up hills, shaking off the hangover. aiming for three runs a week (30-40k), and 1 or two rides a week (30-50miles total) as I start to get back into training slowly
