Very little/ no training this year at uni, however
Just got back from a weeks training with leeds xc, stringing along as I had been to a few socials and trained in October and November, turned out to e a cracking week, got some quality training in and feeling relatively fit considering cricumstances. Given me a big motivation boost and plan to train reasonably over summer to get back to where I once was, although I may not log everything on here as very little orienteering is taking place
