feels great to run after being at altitude, even if it's in cold rain. I did some sprints and stair bursts @ the track but nothing too serious since there is still some snow remaining and b/c I don't want to overdo it.

Green course 2. Tried to push myself a bit more today but hills were a challange, esp. in the beginning. Not as technical as I expected, except for control 1, which was nice. Got dehydrated after 8 so was out of it going to 9, overrunning to the next reentrant (~2-3 min mistake).

This was the first O-race of the season and I was def. not ready for it, esp. at altitude. I wouldn't have survived longer courses, these were pleasantly short but dissapointing in their technicality. Weather was perfect, Arizona is beautiful, I love and hate cacti.

Green course, tough breathing the whole time, one concentration lapse going to control 5 (overran to left side) but overall Ok, just physically challanging

Sprint in the afternoon, going really well in the beginning and slowing down for the rest of the course b/c of stomach pain. maybe started too fast although I did warm up fine.

Fun course at Lewis Morris / Jacky Hollow set up by Greg. Running in the snow wasn't bad at all but the trails were really icy so I was extra careful and slow. Should get a pair of metal studded O-shoes so I can stab ppl if I get angry, or to not slip on ice.
