Event: Flying Pig X (OCIN)
 
Orienteering 41:36 [4] *** 4.4 km (9:27 / km) +180m 7:51 / km
Middle distance, overall not a bad run, didn't push very hard to save energy for next 2 races but felt good physically throughout the course, training definitely paying off..
no mistakes, some hesitations on route choices.

nice run on trails, a lil rain didnt hurt, actually felt good, no pains.
i've only been running somewhat steady for a few months now and i've noticed my ave speed has increased. wish the were no days which set me back physically and mentally but i no that's not going to happen. days like today though really remind me how much running helps me..

i hate gyms..

run with xc girls in springfield area, after toughing out stomach pains for 25 min the run became enjoyable and felt like we were going at a decent pace.

decided to go for a run at the nearby park despite various leg pains, it turned out to be a very nice run, excellent weather, hills seemed easier, i guess all this running is paying off..

2nd day; shorter distance but it was much harder to ski for me since i used up all my energy on yesterdays run.. felt good to finish though

not much snow, skiis didnt glide very good, but fun anyway, the weather was warm..
so tired afterwards..

stomach pains went away after 10 or so min and i felt so much better and really enjoyed the run on trials in the snow, so gorgoues..
