trail run with goats in FP. Felt like first 20 min were at a pace a little below my threshold; the rest was probably at or a bit above since sergei took over the lead.. felt comfortable though.

I kind of feel that my 'training' have been inconsistent lately, largely due to school, commute, work schedules, and rather spontaneous busy days, but I'm hoping that I will make more time to plan and do my training..
energy is pretty low these days for some reason...
