Red course at LM. Running faster than usual since I set out some of the controls. Interesting comparison to how I would normally orienteer on new maps. I should be able to run like this but lack of confidence is def a factor in slowing down more than needed.

Setting controls for tomorrow's LM meet. Sunny and windy weather. Legs are quite tired towards the end.

decent run today. 20 min, well-rounded tempo at the cleaveland park, included trail, asphalt, field, and even some terrain running. I did have stomach pains but I tried hard to not pay attention to them.
asics trainer 13 are great for speedwork!

went over to wayne high mtn park, I forgot how rocky it is, feet beat up afterwards.
started out fairly unpleasent b/c of the stomach pains but as the run progressed, I felt better and even conquered high mtn without stopping to walk :)

Short Ocourse at FP, time is apprx b/c I forgot my watch. Felt decent, legs only slightly tired. Navigation sloppy as usual.

Starting spring training with a track work-out and new shoes :) I tried out the new pair of really light asics and it went well. My stride was def. better with lighter shoes and no blisters so far.
Not a hard session but nonetheless my legs were tired afterwards.
I did 5x 400m with 200m jog in btwn. I don't know my time but will be getting my watch back pretty soon so accurate times will be in order.
I warmed up well, 2 miles, but still had some stomach discomfort, not that bad though. Cool-down was 1.5 miles.
