Overall good race, was pushing myself the whole time; it was slippery so i kept falling and sliding so by the end i was really beaten up, my hip started hurting in the middle of the race for some reason, it has never hurt before during a race. No major mistakes, couple of wobbles on 11 and 18; it was definitely fun running with people but i still prefer
orienteering by myself.
23rd place overall, 5th between women :)

Note

Decided not to run the sprints due to major lack of sleep in past three nights. They probably would have done me more harm than good.

20 min warm up on trails, 20min tempo run on golf course and cool down..
originally wanted to do a 30 min tempo run but i didnt get enough sleep last night so i was tired most of the run.. will sleep good tonight though.
