Cross Training (Rock-climbing) 50:00 intensity: (25:00 @2) + (25:00 @3)

Spent an afternoon with a few buddies at a rock climbing gym in NY. First we got a lesson on how to belay and then we practiced, took a test and climbing a few times. The last one I did was 5.8 level and took my quite some time but I succeeded. Super sore afterwards. One beef I have with climbing is that you have to cut off your nails to get better grip and I don't think I'm willing to sacrifice my long nails just yet. Lots of fun though.
